36 months from Billing Commencement Date per device. If Customer terminates any device before the end of the Commitment Period, Customer agrees to pay the Early Termination Fee.
The warranty does not cover physical damage to a device, including accidents, vandalism, abuse, alteration, or modification. It also does not cover loss of functionality or physical damage due to lack of appropriate power supply or lack of protection from the elements. It also does not cover physical or functional damage due to device misuse.
You can! When you purchase a new device, you can opt in to CantaloupeCare, which gives you two additional years of warranty coverage per device for a nominal monthly fee.
